Postage and Shipping Information

We ship our products primarily with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. All orders over $150 AUD are sent post free to Australian customers. For all orders under $150 AUD the following applies:

• Individual trading cards $6 AUD (Registered postage with tracking & signature required).
• Multiple trading cards (1-10 cards) $6 AUD (Registered postage with tracking & signature required).
• Multiple trading cards (10 + cards) $10 AUD (Registered postage with tracking & signature required).
• Posters (1-10) will be shipped in postal tubes $16 AUD (Registered postage with tracking & signature required).
• Individual comics $6 AUD (Registered postage with tracking & signature required).
• Multiple comics (2 + comics) $10 AUD (Registered postage with tracking & signature required).
• The shipping costs of all other items will be determined by the nature of the item (size, weight, protective packaging required) to be shipped. Always Collectables will ensure that only the actual packaging/shipping costs are charged to its customers.
• Overseas postage will be charged at cost with no handling fee.

Standard shipment orders will be dispatched wherever possible the next business day after receipt of payment – shipping time to Australian locations is usually an additional 1-7 business days from dispatch date.

In the event that we are unable to ship your goods within 3 business days of receipt of payment, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you need to notify us of such details within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

• We offer a full money back guarantee.
• You have 7 days from receipt of your order to advise us that you wish to return that order.
• If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Our shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from our store will be deducted from your refund.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from ALWAYS COLLECTABLES and we are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);

• Please contact us within 7 days from the day after the delivery day
• Contact us via Email or in writing
• Return the products with original packaging and labels within 14 days of receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it together with a copy of your original receipt (proof of purchase).
• We recommend that all items returned to us be sent by Australia Post (Registered Post with tracking and signature) as a minimum.

• We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
• Provide your full return address with telephone number and email address.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Always Collectables, PO Box 92, Briar Hill, Victoria, Australia 3088.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@alwayscollectables.com.au and then send your item to:
