Question – What guarantee do I have that your hand-signed items are authentic?

ALWAYS COLLECTABLES guarantees the authenticity of its hand-signed sporting and entertainment collectables.  The vast majority of hand-signed items acquired by ALWAYS COLLECTABLES have been personally hand-signed and obtained in person by the subject/s at paid for professional signings and formal functions.  In all other cases, hand-signed items have been acquired only from reputable sources, including professional collectors, auction houses and specialist wholesale and retail outlets.  In most cases, photographic evidence of the signing of the item is available if requested.  Where requested, a Certificate of Authenticity will provided with each collectable, and certifies that your autographed item is 100% authentic.

Question – I can’t find the item I am looking for on your website.  What do I do?

Call us on 0417 889 571 and we will endeavour to help source the item you are seeking.  We have thousands of items in stock and not all of them are posted on our website.

Question – How will I know when my order has been received?

Once you place an order we will forward you an email confirming your purchase. Please retain that email if you need to contact us with further questions about your order. We will also provide you with details of your item’s shipping/tracking information via email.

Question – What are my payment options?

To make payment for your selected items, you have the choice of paying via Stripe (Preferred), Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), Paypal or via Direct Bank Transfer. All prices are inclusive of GST (AUD 10%).
